Sounders put Jarrod Smith Put on Disabled List

Forward Will Miss First Six Games Sounders FC have announced today that forward Jarrod Smith has been placed on the injured list due to a hip flexor injury. As a result, Smith is required to miss the first six games of the season. He is eligible to return to league play for the May 2 game at Chicago, although he can train with the team and play in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup play-in scheduled for April 28.
